Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from 12th to 18th May 2025, this event will shine a spotlight on the power of community in supporting our mental health and wellbeing. And with this year’s theme being ‘Community’, there couldn’t be a better time to come together.

🤝 Why ‘Community’ Matters

We all know how good it feels to belong—to be seen, heard, and supported. And that’s exactly what Community Wellbeing Day is all about. Being part of a safe, welcoming, and positive community can have a huge impact on our mental health. It reminds us that we are not alone, even in the tough moments.

Whether you’re looking for support, want to expand your understanding of mental health, or simply fancy a chat and a cuppa with friendly faces, this event is designed to make everyone feel welcome.
